Yes. Many of our clients are small brands making their first product. Send us a sketch, a sample or a product link, and we’ll explain the steps, costs and timelines in plain words.
What is a sourcing agent, and why would I need one?
A sourcing agent is your representative in the country where your product is made. We find and vet factories, compare quotes, check quality and keep production on schedule, so you don’t have to fly in or rely on strangers.
Do I need to travel to India?
No. We visit workshops in person and send you photos, videos and written reports. You can visit when it really matters, for example before a large order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on your product type and the factory. We find out the minimums for your product early and tell you honestly before you commit.
What is a sample and a pilot batch?
A sample is the first piece a workshop makes so you can check it against your design. A pilot batch is a small first production run after the sample is approved, to prove quality before you order more.
How much does it cost?
Sourcing sprints and sample management are fixed fees per project, and production coordination is a monthly retainer. Sample, courier and inspection costs are paid in advance and shown separately.
How long does it take?
It depends on the product. On a recent project we went from brief to a full report on seven visited workshops in 10 days.
Do you take commission from factories?
No hidden commissions. You pay us for our work, and any arrangement with a factory is disclosed to you in writing.
Do you handle export and shipping?
We hand over to your freight forwarder or customs broker, and our legal and compliance advisors support export paperwork and local rules.
Will my designs stay confidential?
Yes. We’re happy to sign an NDA before you share drawings or product details.
